Utopia is looking for a group home staff for a 24 hour position, One week on, one week off. Staff needs experience working with individuals with disabilities. Home is licensed for up to 5 individuals. There are only 2 living in the home at this time. Staff needs to have an understanding of how to deescalate behaviors, medication management, cooking, transportation, working on individualized goals. This individual needs to be a team player and have experience working with individuals with disabilities, the ability to multi task, documentation skills and a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,800 per year:
- Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Promote and uphold resident rights and dignity
- Follow established care plans and document care provided

Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or senior care is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
