Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with corporate office for day to day normal operations
• Handle and resolve internal inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations or orders.
• Work closely with the on-ground warehouse team to implement any special instructions or directives from the corporate office.

Job Specification:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Warehouse operations & coordination
• Knowledge of (FBA) Fulfillment by Amazon would be a plus
• Able to speak English, and Spanish fluently
• Computer literate with the ability to work on Outlook/Skype/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Minimum High School Graduate
