Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and management of projects from the Dry Utility perspective. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in project management and a passion for project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, drafters and designers to ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, designs, plans and progress reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.

Experience:

- Independently manage projects with little direction or oversight.

- Active leader in handling project design and field meetings.

- Ability to attend, conduct and follow-up independently on issues generated from meetings.

- Initiate billings pertaining to projects.

- Write profile reports with the understanding of costs, issues and schedules for the simpler projects.

- Prepare cost reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
