Utility Keystone Trailer Sales Pittsburgh is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Pleasant, PA

Job Summary:  To have a principal role in developing, coordinating, and supporting daily parts and service operations, sales activities, systems, team members, and related functions at our Pittsburgh Semi-Trailer Dealership.

Essential Duties:

  • Primary focus: oversee the daily operations of the parts and service department by leading in all aspects of operations including purchasing, parts orders, invoicing, quoting, warranty, stock returns, operational procedures, repair orders, and customer relations.
  • Serve as decision maker for branch wide decisions in the absence of General Manager.
  • Create customer interactions that gives uncommon service in every experience.
  • Develop and execute all parts and service department growth goals.
  • Manage behaviors and activities to help all parts and service team members hit their number.
  • Build, develop, and solidify relationships with all parts/service customers and team members.
  • Build, develop, and solidify relationships with all vendors.
  • Develop and execute a plan for increasing the efficiency of our systems and job processing.
  • Utilize and develop our business software and other technologies to their full capacity.
  • Promote and lead our parts/service teams with all safety standards.
  • Promote productivity and general morale through verbal communications and assistance with production related needs.

Education and Experience:

Physical Environments:

  • Noise levels are moderate to high at times, occasionally lifting to 50 pounds.
  • Mostly office/warehouse work but may occasionally require travel.
