We are looking for a full-time, days Patient Care Partner to join our Patient Safety Team in Tulsa, OK.

- Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

- Conduct telephonic outreach for scheduling and health maintenance.
- Review patient records and reports for care gaps
- Task physicians and staff for care gaps
- Request records to fulfill care gaps
- Contribute to collaboration for best practice with employed and embedded staff.
- Mailings as required for campaigns or wellness visits.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written/verbal/telephone communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- Compliance of policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, experience with billing and/or ICD-10 coding, or Medical Assistant
