Responsibilities

• Schedule and cancel patient appointments at request of physicians, referring physicians, clinical staff and patients.
• Enter authorization numbers and generate new referral requests for future office visits.
• Reschedule patients from the bump list.
• Create and update accounts in EPIC.
• Create appointment notes accurately in EPIC.
• Ability to look up payment history on patient accounts.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements

• 1 – 3 years medical office experience
