What you will do

We are seeking an experienced Premium Audit Supervisor to join our company's team. Reporting to the Premium Audit Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Premium Audit processing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of Premium Audit processes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Establish unit and individual goals with metrics to insure compliance.

Monitor outstanding work to insure timely and quality delivery.

Implement and document all process and procedures within Premium Audit Processing unit.

Maintain a working knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability classifications and exposure rules.

 Insure a high level of customer service to our insureds, agents and business partners.

Plan and distribute work, perform quality control; maintain a current workflow using manual and automated systems.

Conduct training and monitor cross training for unit personnel.

Insure statutory compliance working with Bureaus on crits and test audits.

Collaborate with Underwriting, Rating, Credit & Collections to maintain communication and smooth workflows between departments

Anticipate workflow problems which may affect their own unit or another services unit and bring these to the attention of the appropriate manager.

What You Need

  • Associate's Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent business experience
  • 2-4 years of supervising non-exempt employees preferred
  • 2-4 years of commercial lines insurance knowledge of WC and GL classification exposure rules preferred

Salary Range: $69,000-$105,000

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.

Additional Information:

This position is a full time salaried, exempt (non overtime eligible) position
