Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate in the design of innovativeIS-U FICA processes by leveraging the latest technologies to enable theimprovement of business processes
• Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design,Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of businessprocess areas.
• Responsible for SAP FICA solution design on client project.
• Lead customer workshops and documentBusiness Process Designs
• Write strong functional and technicalspecifications for client enhancements
• Gap/Business Needs Analysis, Design,Configuration, Build, Test, Debug, Convert, Cutover and Support of businessprocess areas.
• Support the project manager to validateand ensure the quality of deliverables
• Mentor less experienced consultants
• Assist with other FICA sales andmarketing activities

Key requirements

• 8 years of experience in SAP CR&B
• Minimum 3 lifecycle implementations with a focusin SAP FICA
• Minimum 3 lifecycle implementations (8 years andup) in Utilities or a relevant industry
• End to End holistic Business Process Design andFunctional Design (RICEFW objects) of any of the following areas:Bill to Cash, Payments (Incoming, Outgoingand Exceptions), Credit and Collections, Customer Financials Management, FinancialClosing and Reporting
• Understanding of integration points with FICA(CRM, Hybris, Billing, PM, Invoicing, Bill Print, GL)
• Overall understanding of Utilities Industry BusinessProcesses in Regulated and/or Deregulated markets
• Must have expertise in SAP IS-U (Utilities)
• Must have expertise to include Dunning,Collections, Billing, Business Partners, Write-offs, Refunds, and otherFICA/FICO functionality related to IS-U business processes.
• Bachelors or advanced degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems, or Business, Finance or Accounting
