Key Responsibilities:

• Beresponsible for the meter-to-cash solution design on client projects; withprior experience in customer service, SAP ISU-Billing, SAP ISU-DeviceManagement and SAP ISU-FICA
• Abilityto design user journeys within SAP S/4 leveraging Fiori Design Principles andstandard Fiori applications
• Overseeand Lead customer workshops and document Business Process Designs
• Beable to design and configure all major areas of ISU-Billing including rateconfiguration and proration options, billing exceptions, unbilled revenue, andbudget billing
• Beable to design and configure all areas of ISU-Device Management including devicetechnology, device installation, meter reading, move in and move out and workmanagement
• Be able to design and configure all areasof ISU-FICA including Billto Cash, Payments (Incoming, Outgoing and Exceptions), Credit and Collections,Customer Financials Management, Financial Closing and Reporting
• Understand integration points with FICA (CustomerService, Non-regulated Billing, Plant Maintenance, Invoicing, Bill Print, GL)
• Beable to configure and manage exceptions for Billing, Device Management and FICA
• Writestrong functional and technical specifications for client enhancements
• Providebest business practices and thought leadership to clients
• Supportthe project manager to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Mentorless experienced consultants
• Assistwith answering requests for proposals for Customer Relationship and Billing (CR&B)services
• Assistwith other CR&B sales and marketing activities

Key Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in SAP CR&B for ISU configuration
• 3 full life-cycle implementations of SAPCR&B
• Good communication skills (oral andwritten)
• Experience working with an offshoredevelopment team
• Bachelor’s degree in business,engineering, or computer science
