Amazon Assistant Manager: Ski and Board Shop, Midvale, Utah. 1 Full Time
Full-time year-round with benefits and flexible summer hours.

Duties Include:

• Prepare shipments and coordinate inventory tasks to maximize sales and growth for Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) online channel.
• Facilitate accurate product listings
• Create new FBA and MF listings
• Monitor and resolve listing errors
• Assist with accurate price and cost data
• Support and assist in receiving (including separation of) new stock received between channels
• Optimize timing and levels of products sent to FBA warehouses including monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide maximum availability of FBA space, especially in early season
• Accurately prepare FBA shipments as to counts, SKUs and shipments following Amazon’s requirements and protect inventory by carefully packaging and preparing boxes
• Supervising any additional help with shipment preparation which includes prepping shipments for SKU stickers/labeling and overseeing the other employees to ensure accurate shipments are created
• Provide accurate inventory counts by decrementing any stock pulled and verifying existing data
• Support Inventory manager as needed to receive and physically handle and put away stock to keep inventory organized
• Forecast and facilitate additional purchases based upon inventory needs and turns including monitoring FBA vs. available inventory to identify needs (shortages/overages)
• Prepare additional orders to timely obtain additional stock
• Monthly Manager Report and meeting.
• Help with the hiring process including screening and interviewing applicants as well as reference checks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail including accurate counting and recording
• Strong ability to focus on potentially repetitive tasks
• Basic analytical and computer skills (ERM (Seller Central) and MS & Google office/spreadsheet & email)
• Innovative problem solving
• Effective time management and ability to work under deadlines
• Self-starter and hard worker for physical aspect of handling inventory
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stamina for active duties in warehouse

This is a full-time year-round assistant manager position.
Most shifts would be during normal business hours, but some weekends and evenings would be required, especially during our peak season from Thanksgiving to the end of the Christmas break.
Very flexible summertime hours.
