Overview:

Job Description
Summary/Objective
Assist Commercial Account Manager with tile work, drywall, re-grout, carpentry, painting
and welding. Will also assist with assembling, installing or repairing pipes, fittings, or
fixtures of heating water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing
codes.
Essential Functions
Responsibilities
? Remove drain cover, using a wrench.
? Installs rotary knives on flexible cable, mounted on a reel machine, according to
the diameter of pipe to be cleaned.
? Start machine to feed revolving cable into opening, stopping machine and
changing knives as necessary to conform to diameter or contour of pipe.
? Withdraws cable to deposit accumulated residue, removed from pipe in containers
for disposal.
? Measures distance from drain opening to suspected leak/break
? Repairs any breaks in piping
? Maintain a professional image at all times by:
? Wearing only company approved and provided BFP apparel
? Following safety policies and procedures.
? Abiding by ALL BFP standards of performance and code of ethics.
? Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
? Maintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside
and out
? Respecting the customers property.
? Ability to work independently.
? Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
? Ability to use different types of drain equipment such as main line machines, mini
jetters, 3/8 machines, Cameras .
? Ability to remove and replace grout
? Remove and replace broken tile

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in commercial business environments, including exposure to sounds
and noise levels that are distracting and uncomfortable. It also requires working in
cramped work spaces and getting into awkward positions, including exposure to
contaminants, hazardous equipment, hazardous conditions, high places, or
disease/infections. You will be required to wear appropriate personal safety equipment.
This role routinely uses basic hand tools, drain or pipe cleaning equipment, pipe or tube
cutters, pipe wrenches, pressure indicators, specialty wrenches, and operates standard
office equipment such as iPads and smartphones.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by
an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand;
walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands
and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or
smell. The employee must be able to lift or move 50 pounds or more pounds regularly.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. All Hours Plumbing, Heating & Air is a 24/7 hour business.
Work schedules will vary but will primarily be 3rd shift overnight.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business schedule.
Required Education and Expertise
? Must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable tile and grout experience in a
commercial service and maintenance operation.
? Knowledge of plumbing field concepts, practices, best practices, procedures,
tools, and equipment.
? Computer proficiency.
? Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Education and Expertise
? Willing to learn ServiceTitan, Slack, Voxer and Google G Suite.
