Job Description Bartender - Samuel Adams Boston Brewery - ( 210000XA ) **Description**

We are currently hiring a **Bartender** at our **Sam Adam Boston Brewery.**

**What Youll Brew:**

* Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences in the Tap Room, while serving guests world-class Samuel Adams beers

* Convey knowledge about craft beer and the ability to educate customers on the process of brewing beer and the ingredients required to make beer

* Engage visitors through active selling of beers and food, while driving sales Crowler and Growler to-go options when appropriate

* Work all areas of the current front of house operation at Samuel Adams Boston Brewery, including greeting and seating guests, running beers and food, serving tables, pouring beers, preparing a small menu of food, and maintaining the retail store

* Ensure co-worker and guest safety through strict adherence to the companys COVID-19 policies and procedures, including daily health screens, use of proper PPE (face masks and gloves) and optional weekly COVID-19 testing conducted by the Brewery

* Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a lead brand ambassador

* Provide excellent customer service with a customer first attitude

* Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with Tap Room guests

* Understand when to elevate situations to Tap Room management

* Develop an understand of the history and mission of Samuel Adams, The Tap Room, as well as the brewing process itself

**What Ingredients Youll Bring:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

***Preferred Qualifications:***

* Bartending, serving or retail experience

* CPR/First Aid certified
