The Division of Gynecologic Oncology provides exceptional care to women facing gynecologic cancers, including ovarian and endometrial cancer as well as cancers of the fallopian tube, cervix, vagina, vulva, primary peritoneal cancer and gestational trophoblastic disease. Our team of specialized physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and staff are committed to supporting our patients through every step of their cancer journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
Completion of two (2) years of college or specialized training in histology, medical technology, or relevant field and one (1) year experience as Laboratory Technical Assistant or equivalent. High school graduation including courses in basic sciences such as physics, chemistry, biology, etc., and three (3) years of laboratory experience including two years as Laboratory Technical Assistant or equivalent.
