The Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a Manager of Financial Analysis to help lead its financial mission in close collaboration with the Assistant Director of Finance. Internal Medicine is the largest academic department at UT Southwestern, with over 1,600 employees, including over 700 faculty, organized with 14 divisions that provide excellent education, research, and patient care for which the department is renowned. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a finance and accounting team that focuses on continuous improvement and internal customer satisfaction coupled with thoughtful mentorship and training for the financial and accounting staff. The successful manager will utilize strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with leadership to effect change across the department.
