Job Summary
Join the UT Southwestern team as a Certified Medical Office Assistant (CMOA). This multi-specialty CMOA position allows you to work with patients to provide direct care and assist registered nurses, practitioners, physician assistants, and doctors in various specialties. As a valuable part of our ambulatory department, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional patient experience including but not limited to patient rooming and intake, medication reconciliation, medication administration, assistance with procedures, processing of scopes and turnover of exam rooms between patients, stocking of exam rooms, pre-visit planning, and forms processing. Joining this collaborative team will allow you to work closely with a diverse patient population and grow as a CMOA. Candidates with over one year of recent direct patient care experience in a private practice or hospital clinic environment encouraged to apply. EPIC experience highly preferred but not required.
