We are seeking a dynamic Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team!

This position requires someone with a self-starting attitude, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit, as they will be instrumental in creating and shaping the role.

Work Arrangement: In-office position

Hours: Four-day week (M-TH), 32 hours per week

Office hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

You: 

• Have experience in advanced bookkeeping with a high level of proficiency in GAAP.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• A creative problem-solver and detail-oriented with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Go-to person, versatile, and a utility player.
• An excellent time manager.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Charge Bookkeeping experience is required.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of all bank accounts.
• Conduct cost analysis to provide insights into financial performance.
• Track and optimize the organization's cash flow through strategic implementation.
• Oversee and maintain accurate records of all GAAP.
• Manage and streamline inventory processes, ensuring effective levels and operations.
• Analyze financial statements and provide strategic recommendations aligned with company goals.
• Execute timely and accurate journal entries, adhering to GAAP.
