You Are:

UST is looking for a UX developer/Designer to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Front end and backend development technologies. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

The Opportunity:

• Follow an Iterative User-Centered Research & Design Process.
• Work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary design team contributing to UX operational initiatives beyond the scope of their project work (design crits, design ops etc.).
• Conduct Ethnographic User research.
• Define/Develop Personas
• Create Feature maps & prioritization.
• Develop Sitemaps & User Journeys
• Create Wireframes & Interaction Models
• Conduct User testing.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

• User Experience Engineer with 10 years of related experience building web portals and/or ecommerce applications using Microsoft technologies
• Software development experience using several of the following technologies: MVC, AngularJS, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, JQuery
• Expert knowledge of object oriented programming & SOLID principles
• Experience developing high performance applications
• Experience utilizing app resiliency strategies
• Comfortable working in a pair-programming environment
• Expertise with TDD
• Experience with distributed version control (ex: Github, Gitlab, TFS, etc)
• Experience with scripting using PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information effectively to both IT and business audiences.
• Knowledge & experience using Agile software development methodology.
• Familiar with Unit Test, Mock, Test-Driven Development etc.
• Responsive Website Design. Bootstrap experience and Cross-browser development is desired.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $71,000-$71,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
