You Are:

UST is searching for an Exstream Developer who will independently develop error free code with high-quality validation of applications, guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering.

The Opportunity:

• Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs, developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.
• Code, debug, test, document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
• Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
• Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models.
• Mentor Developer 1 - Software Engineering and Developer 2 - Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles.
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system.
• Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
• Assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions.

What you need:

• Exstream developer with more than 5 years of experience.
• Should have experience in Exstream cloud native environment.
• 23.2 or 23.4 version.
• Strong communication skill and ability to work in Agile environment.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $63,000-$95,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
