### Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Carrier to join our team. As a Mail Carrier, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to residential and business addresses. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

### Responsibilities:

- Sort and organize mail and packages for delivery
- Load and unload mail from delivery vehicle
- Drive designated routes to deliver mail and packages
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail to recipients
- Collect outgoing mail from businesses and post offices
- Obtain signatures for registered, certified, and insured mail
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

### Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role such as courier or delivery driver is preferred
- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and addresses
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery

Pay: From $22.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
