Contract Recruiting Specialist

Job Description:
The Contract Recruiting Specialist will have an opportunity to contribute directly to the organization’s growth and transition by playing a crucial role in driving and supporting an array of recruiting processes. Central to this role will be close collaboration with Human Resource and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage candidate pipelines, from initial application to onboarding, while providing a positive and efficient experience for internal employees.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions and listings via organizations preferred Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to attract qualified applicants.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, facilitating professional and timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to verify fit for advertised qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing relevant information and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting tools..
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience with Workday ATS.
