USPI Memorial Hermann Surgical Hospital First Colony, is seeking a motivated RN with strong ER or ICU experience to serve as House Supervisor and Rapid Response Team lead for 6 bed Post Surgical Unit. May be asked to take 1 or 2 patients on rare occasions. Along with functioning as head of Rapid Response Activations, other duties may include chart audits and medical record scanning. Qualifications: 

• You must possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years ER or ICU.
