Job Title: IT QA and App Support Analyst

Job Summary: The IT QA and Application Support Analyst is responsible for developing, revising, and verifying test case scenarios based on business/technical requirements, as well as Troubleshooting and resolve system/application incidents reported by end-users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve system/application incidents reported by end-users
• Evaluate testing requirements specifications to assess feasibility
• Write, maintain, Test program modifications against user specifications
• Promote changes to pre-production and production environments
• Facilitate pilot testing and coordinate implementation
  .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering, associated discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience and Application Support experience
• Experienced in using Microsoft tools (Office, Project, Visio, Teams, etc.)
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and/or experience developing UAT scenarios
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2012 and forward
• Knowledge of Visual Studio .NET 2013 and forward
• Knowledge of IFS FSM is a plus
• Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
• Knowledge of TestComplete is a plus

Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of quality/defect measurement and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies
• Understanding of client/server software architecture and design
• Experience working with source control tools and application deployment best practices
• Experience working within a help desk ticketing system
• Good aptitude for basic business concepts
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and technical team, including all levels of management
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task
