National Account Coordinator

Role: Account Coordination & Dispatch Services

Level: Associate level (2 yrs)

Salary: $48,000-50,000 commissions

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive revenue generation by processing and fulfilling service delivery for two newly established sales channels in our automotive logistics space
• Coordinate delivery and pick up services, includes client and carrier communications
• Work with successful accounts to increase adoption of services and grow their monthly volume
• Solve transactional client challenges and exceptions for orders under your management
• Work seamlessly with the a support team to anticipate and stay ahead of service needs
• Deliver a quality experience: ensure your clients’ orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain an ability to adapt to a frequently evolving back-office process as we grow
• Develop strong, trusting, and accountable client relationships that reflect professionalism, superior service, and proactiveness

Skills Required:

• 2 years customer service or account management experience in a logistics brokerage setting, preferably in automotive remarketing
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar
• A great attitude and high aptitude
• Proven track record of growing or maintaining client accounts
• Ability to multi-task effectively without jeopardizing quality
• Strong team player with a self-driven work ethic that is comfortable with occasional ambiguity
