Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Suspend and transmit work orders to technicians
- Provide estimates for services such as oil changes, tire services, and wheel alignments
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate any delays to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Some knowledge of automotive services and repairs
- Familiarity with computer systems
