Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and driven team player to join USANA as a mid-level systems analyst. In this position, you will work closely with the various parts of the business to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap of strategic initiatives to continuously increase efficiency and will be responsible for the systems used in customer service and marketing applications. You will also work with the ERP team regarding order management and inventory practices. A successful individual in this position will exemplify USANA’s core values and will be driven to ensure USANA stays at the top of the network marketing industry. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, will quickly cultivate positive working relationships with numerous local and global stakeholders, and has a keen ability to troubleshoot system issues.

What you will do as a USANA System Analyst

• Own the roadmap and all support objectives related to customer service and marketing and aligns and work with other system analysts and the systems that integrate into those departments
• Manage relationships with the business, vendors, and IT teams necessary for execution of the roadmap, support, and continuous improvement
• Discovers, designs, tests, and plans deployments for all applications and configurations under their ownership.
• Leads or partners with IT Project Management to define project plans to ensure effectiveness and timeliness of projects.

Background and Skills You Will Need

• 3—5 years experience in a call center and supporting call center applications such as Cisco UCCE Finesse, Verint, Upstream Works, and other 3^rd party applications
• Good understanding of the business processes related to inventory, order, and fulfillment
• Familiar with IT productivity software like JIRA and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or other business-related areas

What Will Make You Standout

• Strong understanding SQL and the ability to query in the Oracle EBS database and other applications
• Demonstrate analytic aptitude; capable of thinking strategically and identifying user requirements and subsequent development of comprehensive detailed technical specifications
