Job Description The System Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of multiple applications, including software, data, and user accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application architecture and be able to work independently and as part of a team Location: Remote ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Serve as the main point of contact for technical oversite of assigned USACS business applications. • Provide technical support to power users and general users. • Troubleshoot and resolve application problems. • Monitor application performance and security. • Administer application integrations to other systems. • Create and maintain application documentation. • Develop reports/dashboards for business users as well as assist in the analysis of the data. • Work with other IT team members to plan and implement upgrades, new functionality, and new integrations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of application architecture. • Experience and demonstrated ability with ETL (extract, transform, load) processes. • Familiarity and experience in declarative administration for business applications. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the proven ability to work effectively with numerous stakeholders and contributors, both internally and externally. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical audiences. • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. • Astute attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to self-manage and motivate, and to work well under pressure. • Desire to continuously learn and stay current with industry developments and trends. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Direct experience with Learning Management Systems, Recruiting ATS applications is nice to have but not necessary. Salary Information: $44,906 - $74,843 This position is eligible for a performance bonus up to 10% of base salary Salary be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description In our physician-owned company, we are empowered to act and wholly dedicated to serving our patients.
