Fraud Analyst - Mid-Level Intro:
We are seeking two experienced Fraud Analysts to join our Visa Fraud Investigations (VFI) team. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in Phoenix, Arizona, and be available to periodically attend onsite meetings. The VFI team is part of our Financial Crimes Risk Management Enterprise and is dedicated to protecting our clients and the firm's assets by preventing and mitigating fraud losses.
Fraud Analyst - Mid-Level Job Details:
As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting Visa debit card investigations and reviewing fraud alerts. You will need to demonstrate initiative in addressing daily responsibilities with minimal supervision, ensuring all casework is completed within regulatory guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the VFI Hotline by addressing inquiries from business partners, monitoring real-time Broker Dealer and Bank Visa Check Card activity for potential fraud, and assisting colleagues when necessary.
Fraud Analyst - Mid-Level Mandatory Skills:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of financial services/banking experience with direct customer contact servicing Visa Check Card, and a minimum of 6 months of investigative experience in Visa Check Card fraud investigations. They should also demonstrate personal initiative, good judgment, and decision-making skills with respect to risk issues. A strong work history of team collaboration, effective workload management, and quality work production with minimal errors in a demanding environment is required.
Fraud Analyst - Mid-Level Desired Skills:
Ideal candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Visa debit card transactions. System knowledge should include, but is not limited to: Visa CATS (Client Administrative Tools & Services), Visa Online and Visa Risk Manager. Knowledge of Regulation E and experience with Visa Resolve Online (VROL) would be a plus.
Fraud Analyst - Mid-Level Start Date:
The duration of the contract is 9 months. The interview process will consist of one 30-minute round with a 2-person panel.
