Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Print Manager to oversee our print production operations. The Print Manager will be responsible for managing the entire print process, from prepress to final product, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery. This role requires expertise in print technologies, color management, and graphic design. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the print production process, including prepress, printing, finishing, and packaging - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide guidance on print options - Ensure that all print jobs are completed accurately, on time, and within budget - Monitor and maintain inventory of printing supplies and materials - Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment - Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent output quality - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technologies - Train and supervise print production staff Experience: - Proven experience as a Print Manager or similar role in a print production environment - Strong knowledge of print technologies, including CNC machining, color management, prepress processes, and finishing techniques - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software - Familiarity with typography, layout design, and print advertising best practices - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
