USA Hockey Arena, located in Plymouth, MI; is seeking a Concessions Team Member - to become an integral part of our fast paced service team! We are looking for BIG smiles and very friendly people person;

experience is not required.

Job Responsibilities :

• To greet, welcome, thank and invite our Guests back, ensuring an enjoyable visit by everyone.
• To accommodate our Guests time restrictions by giving prompt, courteous service.
• To take accurate food and beverage orders.
• To assist Management by informing them of maintenance problems and any Guest issues.
• To assist in the upkeep of the concessions areas - be sure everything is always clean and well maintained.
• To demonstrate an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude.
• To be a team player.

USA Hockey Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Plymouth, Michigan, opened in 1996. Originally known as Compuware Sports Arena, It was renamed to USA Hockey Arena in 2015 when the USA Hockey Foundation purchased the arena.

USA Hockey Arena encompasses approximately 170,000 square feet with one main seating level, private suites and press boxes.

The creative design of the arena affords the opportunity to provide 3,504 seats for hockey games and 4,500 seats for concerts and other performances.
