Job Responsibilities:Support the Sales & Marketing Team in all bid proposal efforts Process Weekly Bid Opportunities ReportTrack and update BIP weekly, annual summaryManage proposal resources includingDeveloping and maintain marketing materials Develop and maintain proposal requests including presentations Respond to project-specific pre-qualification requests Annual registrations and maintenance reporting for vendor and client sites Maintain project communication and respond to requestsSkills: Ability to work both independently and on a team Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and able to research, compile and clearly present information and data Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Experience in remediation construction preferred Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred Requirements: Minimum experience – 3 yearsHigh School Diploma/GED - Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimal travel required Position Offers:Competitive (weekly) hourly wages Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, with whole family options401K with Company 4% matchPaid time off with paid holidays
