Follow Us on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/donaldson/ Role Responsibilities: Leads the implementation and maintenance of EHS risk assessment tools designed to identify, prioritize and control exposures to health and safety hazards or environmental impacts that can result in harm to people, property, or the environment. Leads the creation of annual, environmental, health and safety targets and objectives for the site to measurably reduce exposure to the site’s most significant health and safety risks and environmental impacts. Identifies action-based EHS goals for site leadership team members and supervisors to support achievement of site-specific EHS targets and objectives. Leads the post incident review of high-consequence EHS incidents and ensures that corrective and preventive actions addressing root causes are effectively deployed. Develops and maintains site-specific compliance assurance processes to facilitate the prompt completion of EHS-related compliance, training and preventive maintenance obligations. Leads the deployment of employee-directed environmental, health and safety teams and facilitates their engagement in ownership of the activities that enable a compliant, incident-free workplace while reducing the site’s environmental footprint. Manages development and maintenance of training processes to ensure that required environmental, health and safety training is defined, addresses required content and is tracked to completion. Coordinates utilization of Donaldson’s change management process to evaluate potential health and safety hazards and environmental impacts associated with business activity changes. May provide functional advice or training to other company locations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Minimum 5 years of progressively increasing environmental, health and safety leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment with an emphasis on program implementation and training. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree Supervisory or Managerial experience Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CFPS, CHMM or country equivalent) Come make a World of Difference!
