- Actively manage and grow accounts in a large, pre-existing customer base as a sales account representative.
- Visit customers to understand their sales needs, provide real, practical solutions and deliver exceptional support.
- Initiate sales call on marketing in-bound leads and follow-up on pending quotes to increase sales conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
- Maintain a database of all calls and visits made to current and potential customers.
- Create and maintain customer files containing all relevant information on the customer’s needs and expectations.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with a helpful attitude.
- Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
- Represent USA Debusk as a brand known for on-time delivery, quality products and the best service in the industry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1 year outside sales representative / sales account representative experience preferred.
- Oil and Gas Industry knowledge preferred.
- TWIC card.
- A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Able to travel from your home base for sales meetings and customer visits.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Able to travel for multiple days for training and sales initiatives.
- Required to sit, talk, and hear and must be able to operate a telephone and computer.
- Ability to lift to 15 pounds.
