* New Hires assigned to truck upon completing Orientation. Driver needs to have 2 weeks’ worth of supplies when they arrive to orientation. Once they are active, they will be sent directly to Joliet, IL to report for training.
* Driver required to complete two training days with trainer, will following in their assigned truck, will not ride along. Pay is $150 per day.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated driver to join our Dollar Tree Team. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivery 100% TOUCH freight to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI. The job is Challenging but can be financially rewarding and requires a lot of patience with customer service skills. The position is not home daily or every weekend.

• How hard is the driver unload? Very hard, you must always watch your surroundings for falling freight, your safety is our top priority. During your training, we’ll show you how to safely unload stacked freight.
• What states do I deliver to? You will deliver to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI.
• How much money will I make my first year? You can expect to make anywhere from $60,000 to $70,000 your first year.
• When is my home time and 34-hour restart? We can’t guarantee weekends off. You 34 hour reset days depends on when we deliver to locations near your home.
• What shift will I work? You’ll be expect to be available Sunday through Saturday, once on the account, we’ll be able to give you a better idea of what days of the week you’ll be working.
• When can I take a vacation? After one year, you will get one week of vacation, and after two years, you can take two weeks of vacation. After seven years, three weeks. This totals up to four weeks at ten years!
• What kind of truck will I get? We mainly use Internationals and Freightliners on the Dollar Tree account for their superior turning radius.
