• Minimum age of 21 with a valid CDL-A in the state of residence
• At least 90 days of recent OTR (Solo or Team) experience within the last year
• No more than 3 moving violations in a 3-year period
• No preventable accidents in the last 6 months
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must have a Class A CDL for interstate driving (DOT)
• Must be able to pass a required physical exam
• Must have a safe place to park the truck and trailer on home time
• Must be comfortable with an average of 2500-3000 miles per week and being out on the road for 2-4 weeks at a time
