Job Description:

Seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team. As an OTR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting various types of freight across the Midwest and beyond. We haul general commodities for leading companies such as General Mills, Proctor and Gamble, ADM Excell, and JBS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer combination over long distances.
• Transport freight in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip records using provided Qualcomm system.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 23 years of age.
• At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience within the last year.
• Flatbed experience preferred but not required.
• Reefer experience preferred, but we offer training for qualified candidates.
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No license suspensions in the past 3 years.
• Maximum of 2 DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 total incidents in the past 3 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Maximum of 3 jobs in the past year and 6 jobs total in the past 3 years.
• No history of unemployment, within reason.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening (urine & hair).
• No felony convictions within the last 5 years, no violent felonies ever.
• No misdemeanor convictions within the last 3 years.
• Maximum of 2 DUI/DWI convictions in a lifetime, outside of the last 5 years.

• Average weekly pay of $1300 - $1600 for home weekly drivers.

• Truck speed limited to 65 mph on cruise and pedal.
• Trucks permanently assigned to drivers with the option to take home for time off.
• 65% drop and hook, 99% no-touch freight.
