1. Owner Ops Program Overview :

• No orientation required.
• Dispatched from home, and everything will be overnighted.
• Approval and rolling in 3-4 business days.
• No Escrow.
• Plates, Bobtail Insurance, Trailer Provided

2. Earning Potential :

• Solo drivers : Average around $7,000 weekly gross with approximately 2,800 miles.
• Average rate : $2.20 / mile.

3. Safety Requirements :

• 1 year of experience required.
• SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) drivers are accepted.

4. Truck Age Limit :

Trucks up to 15 years old are acceptable, but they need to be able to use ELD (Electronic Logging Device).

5. Onboarding Process :

• Initial power-only load from driver's home to the company's yard.
• Once approved, drivers receive everything needed to be dispatched from home.

6. Support and Benefits :

• Experienced dispatch with 15 years of expertise.
• 24 / 7 support.
• Additional benefits include PrePass, fuel cards, IFTA support, discounts on repairs, and tire discounts.
• Up to 40 cents per gallon discount on fuel.
• Motive ELD for electronic logging.

7. Fixed Deductions :

• Weekly fixed deductions totaling $520.
• Breakdown : Trailer ($200), ELD ($20), Insurance ($300).

8. Escrow Deposit (for SAP drivers only) :

• Escrow deposit for SAP drivers only.
• SAP drivers pay $500 increments until reaching $2,500.
• The deposit covers potential trailer damages and safety concerns.
• Will be returned to the owner-operator on their last payment if no issues or damages occur upon leaving the company with proper notice.
