Job Title: OTR Truck Driver (Regional Occasionally)

Experience: 1-year OTR experience with 6 months flatbed experience within the last 3 years

Description:

We are seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of OTR experience and must have driven through at least 3 states. Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a permanently assigned automatic truck, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.

- Maintain adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.

- Secure loads appropriately, including tarping when required (40%-50% of loads).

- Run an average weekly mileage of 2000-2500 miles.

- Take responsibility for the assigned truck and may take it home, but it must remain attached to the trailer.

- Utilize safe parking methods, including the use of dash valve locks at truck stops if a safe parking location is unavailable.

- Implement safe driving practices to ensure the security of both the driver and the cargo.

- Accommodate a free rider policy starting from day 1, provided the rider is 18 years or older.

- Attend and complete paid orientation, including travel and meal accommodations.

Requirements:

- Valid CDL Class A License.

- Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience.

- Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience within the last 3 years.

- Ability to operate an automatic transmission truck (Drivers with an auto restriction on their license can still be considered).

- Pipe & steel flatbed experience. You do not need coil experience.

- Clean driving record and adherence to safety regulations.

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

- Must be able to consistently meet delivery schedules.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
