The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As the IT FinOps Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading Annual and multi-year Spend Planning across all ERP platforms and Applications Tracking and helping optimization of Spend in various dimensions (Cost Center, Platform, Vendor, etc.) Leading Annual and multi-year Capital forecasting across all ERP platforms and Applications. Initiating and overseeing Capital funding requests. Conducting reconciliation of actuals, budgets, forecasts, Purchase Orders and Asset Depreciation. Modelling and oversight of Recharge processing and "what if" scenarios Developing and providing financial reports for leadership Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of FinOps, Financial Planning / Reporting or similar experience AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Experience in working with data and driving business outcomes Five (5) years of experience in data analysis tools and financial software. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Five (5) years of similar experience in an IT Organization in a private, public, government or military environment Skills include: Strong Analytical skills, Attention to detail. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
