Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: Job Summary: The Campaign Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Campaign Planners tasked with executing advertising campaigns and satisfying related activities as part of the national sales process in a collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes on client support, contracting and data management and works in close partnership with the National Sales Team. Job Responsibilities: Supervises, coaches and manages performance of team of Campaign Planners Supervises process and workflow of incoming campaigns based on clients’ inventory requests Monitors incoming requests and assures adequate workload distribution for planning teams Tracks campaigns (orders) and ensures processes are operating efficiently through dashboarding Manages daily email work queues Manages quality control dashboard Assists with documented ad implemented processes and procedures Provides support to internal and external clients and resolves client issues and complaints Documents defects to improve team’s performance Provides ongoing coaching and opportunities to learn and correct errors Manages resourcing schedules (vacations, sick time. etc.) Other projects as assigned Job Qualifications: Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience Work Experience 4 years’ experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment and supervising a team preferred. Skills Ability to assess workload and develop metrics Ability to coach and develop a team Ability to work in a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Competencies Business Perspective: Using an understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to enhance business performance Attention to Detail: Working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner Time Management: Uses time effectively and efficiently, concentrates on the most important priorities.
