Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Quality Specialist 2 in the Technical Services function within the Food BU is responsible for providing support to our External Manufactures, Internal Plant Operations, R&D and the Food BU Technical Services teams. This role develops, implements, maintains, and improves quality systems and processes. This position offers remote work flexibility with potential Clorox office locations in Alpharetta, Wheeling, Reno, and potentially Durham In this role, you will: Developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and processes. Participates in Project teams alongside the Sr. Quality Specialist for new products, improvements, and process/technology upgrades. Utilizes Equipment Sanitary Design concepts to ensure quality in heavily FDA regulated business. Applies standard quality principles and practices to assigned projects. Works closely with other technical and functional disciplines for effective communication and problem resolution. Ensures Food BU specific quality standards are up-to-date and stored appropriately for easy access. Communicates technical material to non-technical personnel through oral and written means. Heavy focus on Monitoring Quality Requirements and supporting urgent quality issues at External Manufactures and Internal Plant sites. What we look for: 2 years working on a quality team environment Knowledge of quality systems, including statistical process control FDA Regulated experience is a plus IQ/OQ/PQ experience is a plus Strong independent leadership skills Ability to self-prioritize and balance long term improvements with urgent quality requests Strong interpersonal skills. Will be required to represent the function on project teams. Strong problems solving skills, issue resolution and root cause analysis Strong written and verbal business communication skills Ability to travel 25% or more Workplace type: This position will require working three days at the office and two from home.
