Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Inventory Management Operations at BHVMS and 3PL Saddle Creek Logistics. Responsibilities include overseeing the monthly cycle counting process and ensuring timely completion of all related documentation. The role also involves managing NODDs, Reworks, QA releases, and Book to Book reconciliations. In this role, you will: Prepare to process daily/monthly Cycle Counts for the BHVMS business and promptly complete all the documentation requirements, implementing the required and recommended practices for a successful Cycle Count to maintain an overall inventory accuracy of over 99%. Manage internal controls compliance processes, including NODDs, Reworks, QA releases, Donations, and Book-to-Book Reconciliation. Additionally, support the inbounds and inventory processes from EM and plant shipments. Collaborate internally, implementing projects and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms (WMS, SAP & others). Audit and revise the EDI inventory movements to avoid delays in the inventory and inbound procedures. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, develop and implement processes/strategies improvements, compile data from different sources to create reliable KPI review mechanisms. What we look for: 4 years of experience within fulfillment operations, inventory management environment, or business operations Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain is highly preferred, High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution with equivalent experience is acceptable. Advanced Excel skills are required. Power BI experience is a plus. 1 year of experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Experience in identifying, initiating, and driving improvements to processes and work streams Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail and time management Need to work independently Workplace type: Hybrid We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
