Your role at Clorox: The Sam’s Club Omni Marketing Lead will work across all Clorox brands, building strategic media plans that increase our household penetration and grow sales. This leader will harness insights from Sam’s Club’s closed-loop Madrid 2.0 data set, and collaborate with the business units, the customer and other cross-functional partners to ensure that our media plans are efficient and aligned with our strategies. They will also deepen our relationship with a strategic LER customer, working within the framework of our JBP and other partnership opportunities that arise. The Shopper Marketing Brand Manager will need to be available to be in the Bentonville office on Tuesday and Thursdays. Interested but only meet some of the requirements listed? In this role, you will: As the Shopper Marketing Brand Manager you will need to have experience with strategic media planning and execution and analyzing data and generating actionable insights. While you are in your role you will also be collaborating the Customer Team leaders, business units, the customer and cross-functional partners, so a strong communicator is necessary. Additionally, Shopping Marketing Brand Manager will also be responsible for supervising and reviewing content needs, such as budgets, etc. What we look for: 8 years’ experience in retail and/or brand marketing for consumer brands Prior experience working directly with Sam’s Club and/or retailer media Experience working cross-functionally in a leadership capacity Familiarity and/or experience with Madrid 2.0 data Impeccable organization skills Strong collaboration skills with other functions, agencies, and the customer Highly versed in data analytics and developing insights Strong communication skills (including but not limited to briefing and presentations) Proactive; influential; able to build and implement plans independently Strategic and creative thinking balanced with strong business acumen Results-oriented; able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner; ability to balance and prioritize multiple deliverables Deep curiosity Workplace type: Hybrid - Will need to be in the Bentonville office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
