Your role at Clorox: The Senior Sales Capabilities Analyst will be a critical enabler of the Clorox customer strategy, using data and reporting analytics to bring our data strategy to life. In this role, you will: Data Steward – Document data, its intent, meaning, context, and lineage on the enterprise data catalog Coordinate and organize large sets of information with ability to condense into simple, impactful outputs Create and manage data fields & KPIs, used across reporting ecosystem Work closely with stakeholders to design and build PowerBI reports from data structure to front-end Key enabler of point of sale analytics and report design – heavily involved in process from initial stages to implementation Protect the Company and all Company information against unauthorized disclosure, eavesdropping and legal exposure. Protect information provided to us from outside sources What we look for: Minimum: Strong technical, analytical and communication skills Familiar with data schemas and structure with ability to design, document, and communicate models Detail oriented with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box, curious about and keen on learning new things Desirable: Passionate about making the complicated simple Adept across Microsoft analytics platforms and strong skills with PowerBI Dashboard development, Alteryx and SQL Empathy for how data can shape how Sales teams work and the ability to determine technology and data needs from business requirements Experience 4 year college degree or equivalent experience Workplace type: We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
