Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Information Technology Lead’s role is to execute, oversee design installation, implementation, operation, maintenance, improvements, and support of all computer based information systems at the Martinsburg facility. This includes but not limited to MES (manufacturing execution system), WMS (warehouse management system), EWM (extended warehouse management) and SAP (system applications and products). In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that information systems deliver maximum value for the site. Manage and own planning, scheduling, implementation, upgrades, and manufacturing excellence portions of all site software. Cultivate in-house capability to enable site personnel to make system modifications and improvements. Key associated responsibilities will include but not limited to: interfacing with corporate resources, contractors, and site personnel to ensure that all information systems meet the needs of the site, documenting work processes and coaching teammates on utilization of all site IT systems. Ensure that business processes are able to be performed end-to-end and resolve and/or escalate any problems that are identified in a timely manner. Own and drive IT initiatives plant wide. Identify, support and own future improvements for all information technology systems for the site. Provide customer support including but not limited to: desk top troubleshooting, TV’s, printers, internet connectivity, EDT interfacing, and server room. Own all IT inventory management. Be a liaison/conduit between plant site and corporate IT teams. What we look for: 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, manufacturing, and/or planning. Direct experience with MES and/or WMS. Implementation experience a plus. Networking Experience SQL Experience Preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, issue resolution, and time management skills Proven skills to effectively document and communicate business processes Ability to escalate critical issues as needed Extensive shop floor experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion Develop work stream processes to improve efficiencies and productivity across multiple disciplines Excellent organization and project management skills Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. #LI/Onsite Workplace type: This Position will requiere an onsite work model We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
