They manage the daily operations within the plant's logistics function, ensuring efficient material flow and storage, coordinating with production schedules, and maintaining cost-effective operations In this role, you will: Direct and coordinate activities relating handling, storage, and distribution of materials and products in plants. Collaborate with BU Material & Scheduling Management (MSM) team to ensure scheduling, replenishment and material management activities for plant are complete. Provide input to BU MSM to information scheduling. Coordinate finished good inventory, and inbound and outbound shipping/receiving/transportation activities in line with delivery schedule. Coordinate and supervise warehousing procedures. Provide technical support on material handling, material storage or usage, and/or equipment performance. What we look for: 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics and related topics 2 years of leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on overseeing logistics operations Successful at attracting, cultivating, and retaining diverse high performing, diverse teams Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating across the supply chain Knowledge of SAP software for supply chain management Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements Builds high performing teams; is a highly effective coach to team members; Provides feedback that stretches individual development BS/BA Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field Workplace type: This position will required a fully onsite work model We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
