Reporting directly to the Logistics Operations Manager, this role will not only oversee the 24/7 ATL Main factory distribution team but also coordinate logistics and Distribution Center Operations for inbound and outbound activities, ensuring the highest customer service and adherence to our balanced scorecard goals across people, safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation (ESPACE). In this role, you will: Oversee distribution team activities within the Atlanta Main Logistics team, ensuring adherence to KPI metrics. Collaborate closely with the onsite team to coordinate logistics to and from the Atlanta Raw & Packaging Center, fostering efficient operations. Develop robust leadership and problem-solving capabilities within the team to empower them to excel. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through a structured Daily Management System, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review and response meetings, driving enhancements in processes and outcomes. Spearhead site and campus deployment strategies, including node skipping and DPS optimization. Align with campus strategy for plant-to-DC shipment lanes and actively engage in weekly interaction calls with Planning to identify and drive improvement opportunities. Execute strategies for direct-to-customer shipments, ensuring seamless logistics operations. Serve as the liaison for Campus & East Point/7S, facilitating daily calls, leading weekly touchpoints, and overseeing issue escalation as the first line of defense for campus-related challenges. Work to minimize service disruptions through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from various departments such as Plant Managers, GSS, customer operations managers, and finance to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. #LI-Onsite What we look for: 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics functions. 2 years of leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on overseeing logistics operations. Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) software for workforce management. Knowledge of SAP software for supply chain management. Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating across the supply chain. Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements. Ability to work some weekends and off shift support.
