As a Customer Experience Cylinder Auditor, your role is pivotal in ensuring precise customer cylinder balances and rental billing within our Regional Company. You'll leverage your attention to detail and industry expertise to guarantee accurate data entry into SAP, maintaining seamless operations while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site cylinder audits promptly upon request or report analysis. Collaborate with branches, sales, and Customer Experience Representatives to uphold accurate customer cylinder balances and billing. Act as a liaison between customers, branches, sales, and CXRs to facilitate seamless communication. Identify branch training needs and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. Provide regular updates and quantitative analysis to AVPs and senior management. Resolve balance discrepancies by coordinating with various stakeholders. Utilize SAP Partnership functionality for thorough account research. Maintain audit history through scheduling and entering audit results. Investigate and validate cylinder discrepancies for loss of use and adjustment. Obtain necessary approvals for cylinder adjustments, review and post-branch adjustments. Perform ACT handheld audits and assist branches with related issues. Undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience. Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems. Proficient in handling and analyzing extensive datasets. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and assume increasing responsibilities. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 5-10%.
