Part time summer intern for corporate income tax function. -Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns for corporations and partnerships. -Assist in the preparation and analysis of state income tax apportionment factors for multi-state entities. -Assist in the federal and state quarterly income tax estimated payments. -Analyzing and promptly responding to tax notices from various tax jurisdictions. -Assist permanent staff with respect to research of income tax technical issues as required. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? -Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. -Strong written & verbal communication skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
