At Essity: This Is What We Do About the Role Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Storeroom Coordinator at our facility in Menasha, WI. We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What You Will Do Store and retrieve parts in Menasha storeroom; Load and unload items from the supply dock; Is a Role Model for Safety; Implement and maintain a system to store and distribute spare parts; Keep the spare parts administration (SAP) updated; Optimize the level of the spare parts using the available systems; Select suppliers and maintain relations with them in order to keep the right balance between availability, quality and cost; Support projects to secure availability of spare parts for new technology; Keep needed spare parts documentation available and updated (e.g. drawings, manuals, files); Support and develop policy and continuous improvement in availability, quality and cost; Provide customer service to tradespeople, internal and external customers of the store room. Who You Are Prior maintenance stores inventory coordination experience, maintenance planning, or MRO procurement experience helpful but not required; Demonstrated interest in technical or mechanical detail, ability to identify and spot differences in types of parts, tools, fixtures, etc. used in the industrial environment; Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred but not required; High School diploma required; Stong customer service skills; Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills; Able to work flexible hours around a 7:00am - 3:00pm core schedule.
