As a Senior Digital Designer specializing in web design, based in New York, your role will be integral in creating compelling and functional digital interfaces. Working closely with art directors, developers, and international stakeholders, you'll focus on crafting user-friendly designs while adhering to strong corporate brand guidelines. Your creativity will flourish within the framework of our brand, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Your responsibilities include designing intuitive dashboards, sophisticated web layouts, and collaborating across teams to merge artistic vision with technical feasibility. This position is ideal for a designer who excels in a collaborative environment, values attention to detail, and is adept at balancing innovation with brand consistency. What you will be doing Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital solutions. Ensure all designs are visually compelling and adhere to brand guidelines. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital design and technology. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in digital design, preferably in an agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
